How to making a steak


Make a one or two slices in steak, spinkle some salt and pepper to make it soft and place the steak in the fridge for a while. In the frying pan, fry chopped onion and mushroom. Add cremer, brandy, white wine, and red wine and stir to thicken sauce. Take out steak from the fridge, put in other frying pan and cook for a few minutes to make it medium. Take out steak and place on plate and pour the mushroom sauce over steak.
